ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
- The decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to effectively organize public administration in the field of higher education, science and innovation within the framework of administrative reforms" of July 4, 2023 PQ-200, paragraph 9, paragraph five, "International scientific and scientific conferences to be held in 2024 - technical activities plan" and in order to ensure the implementation of the order No. 16 of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 18, 2024, on March 29-30, 2024, at the Fergana Polytechnic Institute, "Scientific and pedagogical heritage of the ancients: history and an international scientific and practical conference on "modernity" will be held.
The purpose of holding a scientific-practical conference:
Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-60 of January 28, 2022 "On
the New Development Strategy of Uzbekistan for 2022-2026" "Ensuring spiritual
development and bringing the industry to a new level" ” within the framework of this
conference aimed at ensuring the implementation of the tasks specified in the fifth
priority direction, paragraph 73, scientific issues related to the life, creativity, and
progressive ideas of our great ancestors, including the representatives of the 20th
century Jadidist movement, will be discussed. In this regard, as Sh.M. Mirziyoyev noted:
"Today, in New Uzbekistan, our reforms aimed at building a fair, free and prosperous
society, a people-loving state, and a prosperous life, in which human dignity is
honored, are in every way consistent with the noble ideas and programs of our

Conference topics:
Foreign scientists, professors and teachers of our republic will participate in the scientific-practical conference. specialists, researchers and researchers are invited. Collection of conference materials is published in the form Scientific articles and abstracts for participation in the conference by March 20, 2024 is accepted.
Requirements for scientific and practical conference articles:
Requirements:
- The article should be presented with suggestions and recommendations, based on scientific
and completed ideas, on actual topics related to theses;
-The text of the material should be edited in A4 size, with 2 cm from the top and bottom, 3
cm from the left, 1.5 cm from the right, and Microsoft Word text editor, font 14, TimesNew
Roman font, size 14, interval 1.5 intervals and 5-15 should be up to a page;
- In the article, the surname, first and last name of the author(s), as well as the country,
place of work, academic degree, academic title and position are indicated. A brief
annotation and key words (in Uzbek, Russian, English) are also given, followed by the main
text of the article. References in the text should be listed in square brackets in the order
listed in the bibliography. For example: [3, p. 72];
- Articles that have not been edited by the organizing committee will not be returned to the
authors, and articles that do not meet the requirements of the conference, submitted after
the specified period, will not be included in the collection.
-The conference will be held in Uzbek, Russian, English, offline and online (via the ZOOM
application).
Articles will be accepted in Uzbek, Russian, English. Materials of the conference will be accepted in edited electronic version. The authors are responsible for the information presented in the articles or abstracts and their scientific and theoretical basis. Articles edited within the framework of the conference are planned to be published in the established order in international scientific journals registered in the Scopus and RINTs databases, as well as in journals included in the OAC list.
